Samuel C Berger is the Principal of the Firm, a Hackensack area and New York City area law firm dedicated to serve the legal needs of small businesses and individuals.

Mr. Berger’s practice includes corporate and business law, commercial and residential real estate, taxation and consulting services to small business owners and high net worth individuals in Northern New Jersey and New York City.

Mr. Berger earned his Juris Doctor ( J. D.) degree from Seton Hall University Law School. Mr. Berger also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management. Mr. Berger is a graduate of Robert College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accountingand was on the Dean’s List.

Mr. Berger has over 30 years of corporate and small business experience. Prior to establishing his firm, Mr. Berger served as an officer of a major Fortune 100 financial firm in New York City and as an associate of a prominent New Jersey law firm.

Mr. Berger is admitted to practice before the Courts of the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court Southern District of NY and Eastern District of NY, NJ Federal Court, Supreme Court of the State of New York and Supreme Court of New Jersey. Mr. Berger was also an adjunct Professor of Business at New York University for over ten (10) years until recently.

Mr. Berger is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
